Description: Vintage hand made, hand engraved German Silver western buckle with abalone mother of pearl heart design. Original label from "Western Flair Buckles, Colorado Springs, Colorado." At least 25 years old. Slight chipping in the mother of pearl does not detract. Overall excellent condition.
