Item #578 - Hames Advertising Picture
Description: A copper embossed advertising picture of a little cowgirl with her arm around a little cowboy. It reads East, West, Hame's Best. This must be a product that has gone out of business as it is not a familiar product name of today. They both are dressed in nightgowns. They are looking out of a window at either dusk or dawn. The picture is in full color and depicts a winding road with minimal trees and a far off mountain. It is printed paper and it has an age crack that does not go all the way through. The room that they are in has a Grandfather clock, drapes and the little cowboy has his foot resting on a box. The raised border around the edge of this picture looks like the Art Nouveau style of the early 20th century which probably dates this item to 1900-1915. Overall this piece is in very good condition. The back has a tab for standing on a table or counter and also there is a ring hanger for the wall.

Price: $36 SOLD
