Item #1423 - Sherrif Perry Owens Picture

Description: This is a glass covered, fine printed picture, banded with brass that has a very simple embossed design and a leather backing. The writing on the leather backing has "Sheriff Perry Owens - Apache County" written in old faded ink.

Accompanying the picture is a single, quarterly issue of "NOLA" National Association for Outlaw and Lawman History, Inc., which is affiliated with the University of Wyoming, Laramie, dated Dec, 4, 1997. This quarterly contains an account of one of the incidents that occurred in the life of Sheriff Perry Owens.

This item shows some age but it is an item that we are not familiar with and without sufficient knowledge cannot ascertain an age exactly.
